1. Sales - Bilingual Mandarin

Seafood Industry seeking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual as a Sales Associate position with sales experience providing a positive experience to diverse customers. Excellent track record of effective merchandise presentation, prompt and courteous customer care, persuasive selling skills and accurate transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and execute sales plan as directed.
  • Actively manage current sales volumes and generate growth within existing customer base.
  • Generate new customers pursuant to the sales plan.
  • Sells company’s products by visiting or calling on prospective and established customers.
  • Understand each customer’s needs/product issues to resolve and provide real, effective solutions.
  • Responds to customer’s inquiries or complaints regarding company’s products.
  • Monitors daily inventory.
  • Participate in sales and planning meetings.
  • Takes orders and provides necessary follow-up to the customers.
  • Enter Sales Orders.
  • Maintains sales programs within assigned territory by keeping customers informed about available products and prices.
  • Determines priority and effort given to each account based on sales potential.
  • Monitors customer receivables and participates in regular payment collection activities as needed.
  • Delivers products to customers upon request.
  • Keeps records and prepares reports on sales activities.
  • Monitors competitive activity and trends within the territory.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Proficient in Chinese Mandarin is a plus.

2. Purchasing/Office Assist - Bilingual Mandarin

Responsibilities:

  • Fresh Salmon/Tuna Control – purchasing, monitor inventory(daily report to Management), coordinate pick up schedules, update pricing to sales team.
  • Daily product purchase – frozen, fresh, and dry.
  • Products Receiving - Process paperwork/data entry of daily product receiving.
  • Monitor daily “Short Items” Inventory.
  • A/R – assist in reviewing and following up with customer for payments.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders (phone in or walk in customers).
  • Answer incoming customer calls.

3. Food Delivery Driver

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Operate 16-24 ft box truck or smaller (automatic or manual transmission) in accordance with DOT regulations as well as company safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to lift, take, sort, store or move merchandises
  • Operation and use of warehouse equipment (forklift, stair climber, pallet jack, as required)
  • Drivers must be able to lift at least 60 lbs.
  • Drivers make deliveries/pickups throughout assigned delivery areas
  • Drivers are expected to load/unload by hand and or with manual pallet jacks / hand truck
  • Drivers must verify all products per purchase order before loading into truck
  • Clear and timely communication to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisors on any delays or customer issues/concerns
  • Maintain a professional appearance while conducting oneself as the public image of the Company.
  • Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
