When we talk about “the freshness from the sea,” we’re not just referring to that sweet-salty flavor—it’s also about the journey behind it.

Harvested from the pristine coastal waters of Southeast China, each oyster is hand-selected at the very first stage. From there, it goes through a purification process to fully remove sand and reduce bacteria. Before entering the processing line, every oyster undergoes a thorough cleansing and screening.

Our pre-processing team sorts the oysters by type, removes the shells, and carefully cleans them. Depending on the intended use, they are then prepared into fresh shucked meat, half-shell oysters, or ready-to-eat frozen products. The entire process follows strict cold chain management to preserve the freshness, texture, and vitality of the sea—long after the oysters have left the water.

To us, this isn’t just processing. It’s about honoring the ingredient’s natural essence.

Once they reach kitchens across the world, these oysters may be dropped into a bubbling hot soup, baked with garlic on a tray, or enjoyed in the simplest way—fresh and raw, with just a squeeze of lemon.
